VidaCann Assistance Terms & Conditions

“RoC” refers to the Realm of Caring Foundation, the grantor.

“Client” refers to the individual who uses cannabinoid therapies.

“Grantee” refers to the adult* who will purchase product using the VidaCann assistance program.
*If the client is under age 18, the parent/guardian must complete the application and act as the Grantee. If the client is over age 18 but unable to complete the application, the parent/guardian may act as the applicant and may, but is not required to, act as the Grantee.

“Approved cannabinoid products” refers only to: All products sold in VidaCann dispensaries.

No Assignment or Delegation
You may not assign, or otherwise transfer, your rights or delegate any of your obligations under this grant without prior written approval from the Realm of Caring; any such transfer, gift or other assignment shall result in immediate revocation of the grant, payable to the Realm of Caring immediately upon notice of revocation. Records and Reports The RoC requires “Impact Reports” every six months. Your report should describe the client’s progress and include:

  • The overall impact of this grant on your family, as interpreted by yourself and family members
  • Updated confirmation of your monthly income and expenses
  • An update on the client and results of supplement on medical condition
  • You also agree to provide any other information reasonably requested by the RoC. In order to fund this program we will ask to utilize your/your child’s picture/artwork and journey as part of our outreach program.

Required Notification
You are required to provide the Realm of Caring with immediate written notification of your inability to expend the subsidy for the purposes described in the award letter. Unauthorized changes may result in immediate revocation of the grant funds.

Publicity
You will allow the RoC to review and approve the text of any proposed publicity concerning this subsidy prior to its release. The Realm of Caring is seeking your permission and may include information regarding this subsidy, including the amount, purpose, and any photographs you have provided, or other information or materials in the Realm of Caring’s periodic reports, newsletters, and news releases, including postings on www.theroc.us and other social media channels.

Right to Modify or Revoke
The RoC reserves the right to discontinue, modify, withhold any payments to be made under this grant award or require a total or partial refund of any of the grant funds if, in the RoC‘s sole discretion, such action is necessary: (1) because you have not fully complied with the terms and conditions of this grant (2) to protect the purpose and objectives of the grant or any other charitable activities of the RoC; or (3) to comply with the requirements of any law or regulation applicable to you, of the RoC or this grant.

Hold Harmless
You will hold harmless the RoC to the fullest extent permitted by law; the Grantee agrees to indemnify, and hold harmless the RoC, its elected and appointed officials, employees and volunteers and others working on behalf of the Realm of Caring against any and all claims, demands, suits or loss, including all costs connected therewith, and for any damages which may be asserted, claimed or recovered against or from the Realm of Caring, its elected and appointed officials, employees, volunteers or others working on behalf of the Realm of Caring, by reason of personal injury, including bodily injury or death and/or property damage, including loss of use thereof, which arises out of or is in any way connected or associated with this contract.
